To put a 351W in a Fox body you need to get a set of 351W swap headers (BBK Longtubes are great) or BBK, FRPP make shorties that bolt up to your existing H-pipe. Motor mounts are the same so you can use your existing mounts if their in good condition, but it would be a good time to replace them. The 351W uses a 28oz imbalance so you need a new flywheel, your 302 won't work, along with a new SFI or stock 351W balancer. A stock T-5 and bellhousing will bolt right up along with the starter.
For Lower intakes you have a few choices depending on what induction system you are going to use. The 351W has a taller deck height so that moves the cylinder heads up and further apart, meaning a wider lower intake. For carb setup you can get the intakes from Edelbrock. For EFI, Trick Flow, Edelbrock and FRPP makes a lower intake. The Edelbrock and FRPP uses 302 uppers and the TFS uses the upper "R" intake plennum. Hood clearance will be a problem, but a 2.5" cowl hood will fix that. Although I'm experimenting with converting a Torker II intake to Fuel Injection with a Probe Power Elbow, to see if I can fit it under a stock hood. (wouldn't that be a sleeper)
I found the swap to be easy with only having to buy a minimum of different parts. But once you have a 351W with some good power, Rad, Fuel, MA&TB, and transmission should be upgraded. (I've turned 3 T-5s into soup with my 351W that makes 450lbs)
