With that list of mods, that 80gph WILL NOT be enough!
This is what I did with my 351w:

Sumped the fuel tank
Holley blue pump(110gph) and regulator
-8AN hose from sump to regulator
-6AN hose from regulator to 750 carb.

If I would change anything, and I know JESTER is going to disagree wit this, but I would go with a Mallory electric pump instead of the Holley blue. The noise of the Holley pump will drive you INSANE!!!

Also, if you decide to run all new fuel lines, go with ALL AN hose from back to front. Forget using aluminum hardline unless you have a bender or lots of patience.......which I DO NOT!
I started running hardline.....went to make my first bend and it kinked!!! I said #@!**^ this and ordered 20ft. of -8AN hose and 6ft. of -6AN hose...........and had JESTER install my hose ends
