It sounds like your problem may be a little more systemic, though. Have you checked your engine block ground strap to make sure it is making good contact? You may have a simple grounding issue somewhere.

Ya, I've checked the block for ground and it seems good. I'm going to change out the ECT sensor and see what happens. If it fixes it great, if not, back to the drawing board...
