I guess my first question is why the heck you would get rid of the injection? Anyways, firing order stays the same, and you should probably keep your factory gauge wires as well as coil power, etc. I did this with a 4-cyl several years ago, was a fair amount of work to keep it looking near show quality instead of a cobbled piece of crap, not to mention plumbing it correctly. My advice would be to keep it injected, but if you have more questions, let me know.
