What were your AFR's?
Here's some basic info for ya. The stock fuel pump is rated at 88 lph, at what psi I'm not sure but for the purpose of this we'll assume at least 40 psi. So assuming the pump is in perfect mechanical condition and can still flow the rated #'s, you're getting proper voltage from the stock alternator and you're not losing any flow thru the stock fuel lines along with a few other variables you'd be flowing 88 l/h or 22.88 g/h or 137.28 lbs/h. 137.28 lbs/h with a bsfc of .5 would enable you to support 274.56 bhp. So that's a best case scenario. So tack on your 75/100/125/150 shot to the rated 225 hp from the factory and you were "best case" out of fuel a long time ago.

unclip the wiring and then use a flat blade screw drive and a hammer to remove the ring for the sending unit
And Dale when you change the fuel pump make sure you use a brass punch as gasoline vapors are highly flammable and a flat head screw driver scraping against the retaining ring may cause a spark.
