Goodyear, you're definately entitled to your opinion, but 1989GT is a long time member and def has a reputation of knowing what he's talking about, maybe instead of immediately bashing his suggestion, you could take in to consideration he is suggesting a safe tune for Dale, not to mention the fact that it was never mentioned if the kit was a dry or wet kit. I'm sure the stock pump would hold up with the wet kit, but a 150 dry kit is pushing the limits with the stock pump, not that it can't be done, anything is possible, it's just not the best practice......especially without proper tuning software..
Dale, I ran a 150 dry kit and went with Autolite 23's at that time. The 23's are safe for everyday driving as well. 10 degrees advanced is a safe tune to start with and I again would humbly recommend a larger fuel pump and adjustable FPR at a minimum. Is this kit a dry or wet kit?
