4.10's are fine for your AOD 'vert.
You'll see much better low-end on the street - where you want it - higher but still reasonable RPM's on the highway and slightly lower gas mileage; worth the trade-off for the increased acceleration you'll get from 4.10's.
Top speed might go down a bit as you'll be around 5000 RPM at 130 or so, but unless you plan to drive on the German autobahn a lot, that shouldn't be a problem.
