I had to jack the motor up on the passenger side to get that header on. I could not get it between the strut tower and the motor without doing so. I have stock motor mounts on my 'vert which allowed for a little play. The driver side bolted up without jacking it up. And I had to use Fel-Pro 1416 (could be 1614) header gaskets. The stock one's are dwarfed by the bigger headers! By the way, did you port out the headers? Mine had alot of welding to Dremel out.
The h-pipe, for me, was pretty easy. I had the help of 3 other buds and we installed it all where we work at Tires Plus. I had to put the o2 sensors on last after bolting it up. The h-pipe hangers had to be buzzed off. I didn't have to jack the motor up for it either.
When you are doing the cat-back, the higher you can get the car up the better. Especially if the tailpipes are all one piece.
After my install with my 2.73's I REALLY notice the xtra power after 3k rpm's
