I have painted a few interiors black, first you need to really clean the plastic with 409 a soft brush a hose to wash it off. Make sure all the dirt is gone. Next you need some plastic prep, (I use SEM Plastic Prep) this stuff cleans all oils, grease, etc. off the plastic. Its really important to make sure you work this stuff in with a clean rag. The last step is to paint, I use SEM LANDAU BLACK, 15013. This stuff is not cheap about $7.00 dollars a can, it goes on real nice because they use a quality nozzle. Its really hard to do a bad paint job. You can find all this stuff at a good automotive paint shop. I have one car I did this with 5 years ago and it still has not peeled. If any should rub off, usally the kick panels, its really easy to touch up.
