One other thing you might want to consider when you change out the pipe. Make sure if your bolts are in bad shape, or you end up having to cut the nut off because its rusted or rounded off, that you have extra nuts and bolts. I had to cut my pipe off because some idiot welded the nuts to the bolts, and then realized I didn't have any bolts to hold the pipe up. Those usually come in handy. As far as the O2 sensors, depending on the mileage you have on the current ones, it probably wouldn't hurt to replace them since you will have to swap them to the new pipe anyway.
