Post lost 40 horse? first time to track i bit long but help anyway

Ok I have been haveing lots of car problems. The latest turned out to be a bad computer that was keeping my #1 injector open. After I fixed that my car seems a lot slower.
Last night I took her to the track for the first time. http://www.mustangworks.com/mustangs...1056-slot2.jpg
The first run I messed up on my shifting. I am not sure how my times are but my car feels a lot slower then when I had it dynoed. http://www.mustangworks.com/mustangs...1056-slot1.jpg
Is it just the fact that it was my first time to the track and I don't know how to drive or am I missing around 40 horse like the HORSEPOWER CALCULATOR said?

Last night my car weighed 3700 and my small blow job is a 6 lbs powerdyne.
Thanks for the help

But man I had a good time!
