Crane has a good selection of retrofit roller cams (if you don't have a 94 or newer roller block) check
www.cranecams.com they're good with Ford cams, too. Look at their descriptions - that will tell you operating characteristics. I'm sure you can also contact them & ask. You might have a problem with the pistons, though. At the VERY least, ALWAYS mock it up and check w/clay. I would suspect you're not going to do much for cam w/o doing something w/pistons. If you want a "ba" engine, definitely go the R heads. 20 more hp & torque than street heads even w/relatively mild cam. Also, they match the port flow of the intake better - the intake flows 310, the street heads something like 260 or so and the R's somewhere at or close to 300.
