It IS a Holley 4180! I have a holley book and i've researched it as well. I had one on my '84 4BBL. It's a non-adjustable emissions carb (i don't think you can change the jets) and it is based off of a 4150, the 4160 is a non-emissions carburetor design with a fuel metering plate instead of block and it also doesn't have power valves (i know about these, but i don't know much about the carburetors otherwise). Also just so you know it's a vacuum secondary carburetor that has a CFM rating of 580cfm.
