That's what I ended up doing Green92LX. I got the lower intake off finally. Now I am ready for the heads. But I still want to get them apart just for the simple fact that they're pissing me off! I've tried elbow greese. I even tried a hammer. I've pushed, pulled, and yanked, and cussed, and nothing is working. I even tried it on the old A/C lines so I could see what I was doing a little better and they won't budge either. Would penetrating oil get in there at all to loosen these things up?
This tool I bought said it was for Ford A/C and fuel lines and has 4 different sizes on it. There is only one size that fits the lines and I am pretty sure I have it engaged all the way. Maybe if I can get Five0 to come over and bring his Pepsi cap LOL.
