When I bought mine I think it came with the right tools. If your using the stock injetors then you can use the sampling tube from the stock MAF but if you are using larger injectors you will need to get the sampling tube recalabirated to fit your injectors. Also, a book I have of dyno runs shows that a MAF sensor helps make more power than a throttle body. The throttle body (on a mostly stock/mild motor) made about 2-3 more hp at the wheels while the MAF made about 6 rwhp. I would think the MAF would be more important to change because stock, it's 58mm and the throttle body is bigger than that so the MAF would be a bottle neck for that throttle body.
