Typically if the rotors are warped it will cause a pulsating in the brake pedal, not a front end shake. Think of how much force goes through the front end when you hit the brakes, it's gotta be alot . Anyway with 208k I'd look into getting a bushing kit from somewhere, you'd be surprised how much polyurethane will firm up the suspension. About the tie-rod, always a good idea to replace things if tehy are in bad shape. Good luck man... if you have any questions you can email me at deathblowbob@netzero.net.
