I have the same setup on my car, only with MAC equal length headers. I like the way it sounds, it idles pretty beefy and is loud when you get on it. I would probably prefer Flowmaster 40's, they sound a little more hollow, but I'm low on cash. You'll probably have to raise the motor some, the headers fit pretty tight, especially equal lengths.
