Post 75m bullet 24#injectors?

I just got a 75m bullet calibrated for 24# injectors and someone else mentioned that pro-m had a problem calibrating the fuel curve for 24# and that it runs rich with this meter, is this true? ANother thing is that the tech guy at AFM said the bullet is junk if you don't have it close to the the throttle body. I brought that up do to there setup on one of there power pipes on a nautrally aspriated car with a 75m bullet were they put it right next to the throttle body. comparedtothe 80m setup where it was in the fender wall.

Hope to get some answers, Thanks
