Default boost contoller for superchargers

It's just an idea that i have. A big blow-off valve placed between the supercharger and the throttle body that could be controlled electrically. When activated the blow-off valve open and does not allow boost to build up for an easier lunch on the street. What do you guys think. I've seen so many supercharged cars get beat by a less powerfull N/A engine because they spin in first and second gear. Thanks
