Default Anybody with Hotchkis caster/camber plated(pic)

Anybody that has a Hotchkis caster/camber assembly please tell me how these pieces go together. The two rubber bushings go into the center assembly but I don't see how the shock shaft will go solid. The factory piece has a long sleeve that goes all the way through the factory rubber bushing and the nut bolts it together solid. This assembly has a short sleeve that seems too short. The big bushing with the black washer doesn't seem to fit anywhere. It looks like I am missing something.
