![]() I have a 1982 Mustang GT in which i just put a new engine in and was wondering if anyone would be able to take a guess at what type of times i could be running assuming i: a. get traction and b. an a pretty good driver. The car has been lightened up but i dont know its exact weight till i can get it to a scale. The new engine is running 353hp@around 5700 and 362lb ft which peaked at around 4500 but it is a nice broad torque curve. I have a 4cyl T5 which is going to swapped out as soon as i find something better for a decent price. A centerforce dual friction, and 3.08 posi rear end. This is most of the stuff i could think of as being needed but if i missed something let me know and im sure i can add it.
