![]() So, the tranny is out and having new synchros installed and the shift forks are getting replaced. It's gonna run me about $450. I dropped off an aluminim driveshaft to be installed when the tranny gets reinstalled.
Are there legitimate performance gains involved with the aluminum driveshaft? I like the theory of less spinning mass to the rear wheels.
