				 | Will any 2.5 inch tailpipes fit my flowmasters? I need new tailpipes as my flowmaster ones are starting to rust out a little. Question is...do I have to replace them with Flowmaster pipes, or will other brands also work? Just wondering so that I may be able to shop around for better prices using a different brand. Flowmaster tailpipes with stainless tips are about $160 at Summit.

				 | I don't see why any 2.5 inch tips wouldnt fit fine on the flows. Besides, wouldnt some nice stainless steel ones look nice? |

				 | I got some long chrome tips welded on for about $75 from a custom exhaust shop. It looks better if the tips are long so they just look like pipes, and not tips. imo.

				 | I'm pretty sure that flows are either made w/ 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" inlet/outlet. Either way, I'm sure you can MAKE it fit w/ some extra work.

				 | Thanks for the replies. I have the chrome tips now and they look great, but I am sick of trying to keep them clean. I am just going to go for some stainless pieces this time around. Guess I can go out and start comparing prices now.
