![]() Any of you guys running alcohol injection with your superchargers? I have a SMC kit I am getting ready to run with my Kenne Bell and was just wondering if anybody had any helpful tips or suggestions. I am tired of mixing race gas (plus it gets darn expensive) and Bell is never going to make an intercooler for the Fox Body crowd so I decided to try the liquid intercooler route. Thought about a small shot of nitrous but that would get expensive on a daily driver too (though I may still try it later, for "special" occasions) so am going try the alky setup. Let me know how it worked for you.

![]() Thanks RPM427, but I was hoping to find people on here actually using these setups. I know some of the guys over at The Corral are using them but Mustang Works is my home and I only go to the Corral once in a while so was wanting to see if anyone in the MW family had any info for me...
I am using it for the "liquid" intercooler affect it has though I hear that alcohol does give a little more power of it's own cause it is a fuel and does burn. It also cools better than water since it has a lower boiling point, won't bog the motor like water will and when injected before a positive displacement blower like mine will also raise the boost 2-3 pounds as it creats a much better seal between the rotors and case. I thought about nitrous which cools much better and gives a lot more horsepower but it would also get VERY expensive on a daily driver if I was to use it as an intercooler.... Anyway thanks again for the info....
