Default BBK Headers on TFS Heads.. Problem?

I bought a set of BBK ceremic headers off ebay... though BOTH headers dont quite line up with the twisted wedge heads i have... the first two tubes lines up fine but the lext two are shifted over about 1/4 inch... just enough I cant get my bolts in...

So I guess I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem, is it a BBK thing, I could seel these off i'm sure and maybe pick up a set of long tubes but am I going to have the same problem...

I wanted to avoid banging them over cause the ceramic isnt very flexable and would probabaly chip off. I could probably reem out the hole but it's getting awful close to the tube.. looks liek they had been elongated before.. cause I know headers never just bolt right up
