Default What Mass Air Is This?

some guy is trying to sell me a 65 mm mass air but it came on his car when he bought it and doesnt know what brand or what its is calibrated for its chrome its look just like a pro-m from what the pics in mags look like is there any way to tell whats its calibrated for? the sensor itself says ford on it so im confused and im kind of a noob when its comes to this stuff any help would be great

I dont know about pro-m, but CnL have the sampling tubes color coded... check to see if there's anything like that on the sampling tube... for instance mine has a red blotch on the tube.. not the whole tube just the tip usualy....

generaly they all use the guts from the stock sensor...so that's not unusual to have it say ford

this one doesnt have sampling tubes, i am familair with the c&l and this isnt one

Sounds to me like a Pro-M bullet that some one swapped electronics on.
