Default Did a tune up, but something's not right

When i changed the wires I did them one at a time and made sure the new ones were the same lenght as the old ones. When I got to the last one it was the plug furtest from the cap on the right side. The only wire I had left was much shorter then this one, it wouldnt even reach. So not knowing where I went wrong I had to rearange the wires till they all fit. Now my car is running really rough when I accelerate up till about 2100-2200 rpm then its not that bad. it is also idling at 800-900 which is 100-200 higher than before. Did I mess up or did they give me the wrong set of plugs? If I take them back for new ones I need to know the right order they go in
