traction on street tire

Hi! my friend have instaled his 8psi vortech last week. His car accelerate a lot harder than mine but i always beat him at a stop light because he's spining.( my car have 249 rwhp).What can he do to increase traction without losing handling.

Work on not the launch not so much pedal. Does he have New control arms. What Tires does he have??

ya, tell him to learn how to launch.....DON'T SPIN! and ya know how to do that, launch at a lower rpm! its really that simple.

Whats done to your car for 249rwhp?

Get bigger tires, and some control arms.
