Post need some help with my chevy

OK i know this place isnt fond of chevys but i need some help. I have a 91 caprice classic 5.0 litter and this crapy *** 89 maxima keeps kicking my *** after about 45 mph...i have np mods and i dont want to put alot of cash in it...but i have to beat this chicken head lol
so if anyone know a few tinker tricks about chevys i would love to hear them...
