Default Max lift with TFS heads

Looking to match a cam with a set of TFS Heads and 1.6 ration RR's.

I am leaning towards a TFS cam (still wanting to stay with one supplier). But I noticed that the exhaust life is .510". Is that too much with stock pistons?

I want to leave the bottom end for a while yet.
