![]() I pulled all my top-end this weekend and i have all the rods, lifters and rockers out. Now i know i need to replace the lifters because i found a flat one. I noticed while removing them that the lifters are not the same on both sides, the oil inlet is only on one side of the lifter.
Is there any specific way that these lifters face?? Like every other in and out, all the oil inlets facing the center, or all oil inlets facing outwards?? Or does it even matter?? I looked at summit and saw some crane lifters for 109, is that what i sould go with or is there something you recommend? Thanks for your time. ------------------ 89 5.0 GT White w/Blue Racing Stripes K&N, 73mm Mass Air, Ported and Polished Stock Heads, E303 Cam, MAC equal Length Headers, Off Road H-Pipe, Borla Mufflers, Sway Bars, Strut Tower Brace, Subframe Connectors, Eibach Springs, Koni Adjustables/Reds, Pony 5 Stars, 1000 Watt JL Audio System, No P/S , No Smog Pump |
