Default ??? For anyone who has stripped thier engine bay.

In light of taking out my old motor I decided to scrub everything down and re-paint it all. I took out two sensors on the passenger side by the firewall. The have electrical plugs, and vacume plugs. Is having the electrical connectors unhooked going to cause driveability issues? I have the name of the soleniods if this will help. They are emisssions related and are the -Dual AIR Control Solenoids, and the -Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Assembly. Thanks for any input.

-Chris
