Default Aode

Does anyone know about the aode transmission? I have heard it has 4 different electrical parts that can go bad. The prndl switch, the solenoid, and two other computer chips(? I think).
It never slipped, but jumped out of gear completely. It wasnt low on fluid, the fluid wasnt burned, there was nothing in the pan that indicated anything.
To me, it always seemed to be an electrical problem.
When I put it in Reverse, it locks up(tight). cant even put it in neutral and push it, thats how tight it is.
I am going through withdrawls to drive this car again. If anyone knows or just wants to guess what it is, Id appreciate it.
thanks
