			 I have a quick question..... 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
		
			I am trying to take out a plug on the side of the engine block and I can not get it to budge one bit... Does anyone have any ideas? It is one of those hex type plugs so the inside of the plug is starting to round out a little because of how hard I have been pulling on that thing. I was using a breaker bar and NOTHING!! Is there anything that will help me break that sucker loose? Oh by the way the block was painted too. SO there is a little paint over ther portion that sticks out of the block..... Thanks

			 I think that going to be a tuff one to get out. If you strip it you might have to drill it and try something like an easy out. Just out of curiousity why do you need to take it out?

			 I am installing a knock sensor and that seems to be the only place to install it.  There is a plug on the other side but it is right near the header and that might be a little too hot.  I would love to install it somewhere else but I have yet to find a place.

			 If its a small 1/4NPT allen plug near the front right (passenger) side of the motor just below the heads, then that's a water jacket plug.  Very useful for draining coolant before head removal.  There's a similar one on the back left that drains the driver's side of the engine.  You could try some local heat and penetrating oil but if you end up rounding it off you'll either have to let it go or drill & easy-out it.
