no power ast 2,000 rpms!!!
I went out driving today like usual, and on the way home I go WOT, and my car is accellerating worse than my girlfriends Metro!!! it accellerates but not much at all. My mods are in the sig. but also I exchanged my friends h-pipe for a few days, and when we changed back, my h-pipe wouldn't fit perfectly. The little tube that comes out from the h-pipe towards the smog pump??? That's not connecting all the way, and It sounds like I have an exhaust leak. Maybe that's what's causing it. But that has been like that the past few days and no problem...help!!!

An exhaust leak wouldn't slow down the car that much, especially at higher rpms. I know my car lost a lot of power and wouldn't rev over 4500rpm or so when I had a damaged cat that plugged itself. Might want to check your cats since this seems to coincide with playing with the H-pipes.

hmmm, well I asked on another board, they said it might be the fuel filter. I just changed that, took it for a drive...annddd. nothing. Any other ideas? Maybe the fuel pump??? HELPP!!

Check the cable from the gas pedal to the trottle body. That was my problem when my car wouldn't accelerate fast until like 2000rpms, and it made my AOD start off in 3rd gear.
