Default what cam to install in my 91GT?

i have a 1991 GT with the following

typhoon intake, 411 gears, 1.72 rr, 1 5/8 longtubes, electric fan, sub frames, msd with timing control, NOS 5115-2, fuel pressure regulator etc.

Im gonna put new valve springs and a new cam but cant change the heads and dont want to over cam the car, and it has 1.72 rr so i want to pick the right cam and dont want to notch the pistons.

the car is already going low 13`s but woul dlike ot get it into the 12`s need cam choice help here.

I like the ford E-303 but that is my choice. Is it your daily driver? and what are your plans for the car.

Steeda #19 cam it works great with the stock heads and nitrous.

My friend had stock heads...steeda #19 cam....Holley systemax intake....gears and slicks and exhaust on his 95GT and went 12.20 @111mph with a 100 shot.

E-cam works great with 1.72 rockers

if you ever plan on getting heads.. I would go ahead and get the cam that would best suit your Up Coming Head choice.. The Lunati 51018, Thats the New version of the 1087 I think.. or the 51014. both are good choices.. as is the Comp Cams line up.

crane 2031 cam was designed for use with 1.7 rockers

the E-303 cam is a nice cam for street.....I like the X-303 cam's for street, .542 lift

B303 in my opinion, sounds way meaner than E at idle an makes jsut as much or more power..

There is only one problem with the e cam---Idle. But it is a great cam with a broad power band. I have the 2040 crane same as the e cam it as u see it works great. But i am sure there are many other cams that will suit each combo set up. Keep in mind emissions is a big factor in choosing cams.
