Default 347 crank+rod problems?

i have eagle h-beam 4340 rods (5.4 length) the part number is 5.400-C. my problem is i bought a crank and the rods dont fit on the crank. i think these rods are chevy rod journal size (2.10), i bought the crank and i dont know what it is. the guy i bought it from said that it was standard mains, and chevy rod journal sizes. but i dont think it is considering the rods wont fit on the crank. i need to know what crank i have, if anyone has any idea where to look: the only numbers on the crank are h-(h?)or m you really cant make out the second letter, you can see it in the pic though. also there is something that looks like a C. take a look and see what you can come up with.
