I want to change my spark plugs this week-end and I want to know what type I should use. I'm not looking for splitfires or platinums or anything like that. I will probably just get some Autolite's or NGK's, but I welcome any opinions.
Also, what should they be gapped at. Last time I changed them in my other Mustang I looked in my Chilton's manual and I think they recommended 0.52 - 0.55, but I'm not sure. What do you guys suggest? Thanks Jeff ------------------ 1991 GT, AOD, Moroso Cold Air, 3.73s, Pulleys, 3-chamber(the left one fell off-NO time+No Money=College), FMS c-springs, and KYBs |

I gave split fire plugs a try and now I run them in both my cars and truck. Put them in 200 hp merc and plugs dont foul out any more. Set gap at .054 in stang. 2.99 a plug + 1.00 mail in rebate at pep boys.
