Default What should I do??

I have $3,000 that is burning a hole in my pocket.

I have an 88GT with 85,000 miles
Speed density, GT 40 upper lower ported & ploished, 65mm throttle body, cold air intake, pulleys, 3:55 gears,
Subframes, strut support, upper 7 lower rear control arms
headers, hi flow cats, mac 2.5" cat back

I am thinking of a cam, heads, mass air conversion.

or should I get a crate engine.

Must pass NJ emissions!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want the car to be street legal, & dependable and powerful. I run the quarter a couple of times a year and dont want sand kicked in my face (LOL)

Thanks for the help, please advise
