Help my car sucks SN95 GT

I ran my car after 4.10 gears headers offroad h pipe ram air underdrives flomasters and it ran 14.28@94.3 mph I put the timing to 12 degrees and a trickflow intake street and tfs stage 1 cam in it and still only ran 14.18@95.1 with a 1.999 60 ft
For some reason the car makes no power past 5000 Rpm but i go through the traps at 5500 RPM It is a 1995 GT AND SLOW
