![]() My MSD 6al and MSD coil have been installed for a week now. My car, a 1984 Mustang with a 351W, have been running fine until yesterday.
The car is now running rough, missing and popping under load and sounds and feels like it's running on less than all 8 cylinders. To add to my confusion it now struggles to start barely turning over (maybe this is a starter problem and is just coincidental) could there be any connection between the two problems? I'm running a stock distributor and cap. I have Moroso Blue Max 8mm spiral core plug wires. My car car ran great before the MSD install and for a week after the install, any help will be appreciated.

![]() OK, the car is my daily driver and I had to have an answer quickly.
The MSD install was just coincidental...my battery was toast and I had a broken valve spring, these things just happened to occur when I installed the MSD ignition.
