Default 396 or 351?

I would like some opinions on these engine builds!

396 using flat top pistons, vic. jr. heads, super victor intake, 750 double pumper, solid roller cam around .600 lift; or would it be better to go with a 351 using dome pistons with the same heads, cam, intake, etc. The motor will have nitrous on it, 150-200 shot in a 89lx coupe with a c-4. I am not worried about having to run race gas
