![]() I have a stock 88 5.0 Would it be possible to take a 351 from a bronco, put my stock heads, inake and exhaust on it. What else would I have to do what problems would i run into? Is it worth it to do? Will my 5 speed trany bolt on?
Thanks for any help |

No, or at least you can't bolt on your intake and headers. The 351 has a taller deck and the block is wider. You can bolt on your 302 heads after you bore out the holes from 7/16 to 1/2 but why? You can bolt in the complete 351 into your Mustang though ![]() There will be some work involved to get this done. |

![]() Full length 5.0 headers will bolt on but most likely will also hit the firewall or floor. Shorty headers might work with a new (custom?)H pipe.
