I'm building my '89 GT - Cobra clone as a 350-400hp, street car with no power adders (right now, anyway). My question is, are aftermarket control arms really necessary. I'm not being cheap, I just want to know. Also, I'm installing the rear in a few weeks and would like some recommendations on springs, shocks and struts. I don't need anything adjustable. Also, I don't necessarily want my car dropped that much. Because of this, I'm leaning toward the FMS springs. They say they only lower the car about 1 inch. That's fine with me. Thanks.
