Cool GT40p's???

Hey guys- it's been a few years since I got rid of an 86GT... so I missed it and just bought an 89GT

The guy told me it supposedly has GT40p heads -I don't know how to tell! I know the cam shakes the entire car though! I think I'll tear it down soon, but in the mean time is there anyway to tell if these are GT40p's? Also- are those any good? What do they come off of... Explorer?
I have no idea what kind of cam, pistons, or anything else since I bought it last night. I did hit a rain shower and whipe out on an interstate bridge and end up head on into traffic on the way home because of the hard clutch and Mickey T's! Nothing like a near death experience to make your week.
