Unhappy Well, went to track tonight!

I went to the track and ran a 12.78 @109.83 in the 1/4 mile.

Here is what happened, we went for the first pass at 5lbs of fuel pressure (did not know it was that low) and 34 degrees total timing and went 12.84@109.10mph.
Next run we turned up the fuel pressure to 7lbs and turned the timing to 38 degrees and ran 12.94@109.47mph.

Next we turned the timing back to 30 degrees and ran 12.94@109.10 again.

Here is what the car is doing, I come off the line and it bogs really bad, at about 4500 rpm's it comes alive then I shift at 6000 and it bogs when it hits the next gear and does the same thing in 3rd.
The best ET happened when I tried taking it to 6500 rpm's but it feels like I hit a rev-limiter at 6000 and I think I am running out of cam.

Tony at hp performance says I don’t have enough port velocity and we need to go back to a 650 carb and the performer rpm intake.
He also said if I had run the n2o that it would have loved the bigger ports.

The best time was when I tried to take it to 6500 rpm’s and it did not want to go that high but when I shifted, it did not bog near as bad.

My best 60ft was a 2.10 with no wheel spin bogging really badly.

Any opinions or comments ? Keep in mind that I want it to be streetable.
I still have the performer rpm and 650 so do you think it will help and if so how much?
