				 | Did you put it in the tranny right?? It sounds Like speedometer cable might be Broke or the gear on it is mees up. I think your cruise control might still work with the speedometer cable or your gear on the speedometer cable being broke. Was it acting up at all before your new tranny? ------------------ 1988 LX 5.0 Drivetrain: 2.73 Stock Gears, World Class T-5, Lakewood Bellhousing, Summit Adjustable Cluch Quadrant & Cable, Alumminum Driveshaft, Flaming River Manual Steering Rack Suspension: MAC Control Arms,Maximum Motorsports Front Grip Package, H&R Sport Spings, Bilstein Shocks Engine: Steal Mounts, Ram air, K&N, Under Drive Pulles Exhaust: 1 5/8 Un-Equal Length Mac Headers, X-pipe W\cats, Edelbrock cat\back |

				 | If your speed sensor was broken, your cruise control wouldn't work. I've experienced this recently. If your speedometer isn't working, I would look upstream toward the instrument panel. If the gear was not working, the speed sensor wouldn't work, either. ------------------ 351W 89 Mustang GT Convertible |
