Question about rockers....
Got an '87 5.0 HO need to know what the rocker setup is. is it a roller system?

if they are stock, then no, they are stamped steel, only 93 cobras had aluminum 1.7's if im correct from factory, i swapped mine for some cobra style (pedistal bolt down) and it was an easy 10-15 hp.

*curses* Sorry, my bad, I'm posting this for a friend and at first he said to ask about the rockers, but he's really asking about the lifters? He's looking to put in a new cam and stuff. So is the cam and lifters setup a roller setup?

yes, 5.0 h.o has hydraulic roller lifters from the factory.
But rockers arent, however it's an easy bolt on.
