So we got the stang running last weekend set time at 14 degrees, runs great no problems. Then yesterday she ran like crap after a few runs back and forth from stores so I shut her down for the night. Today I started her up put a timing light on her and it 10 degrees off??? Called a buddy of mine and he says its the distibuter. What do you guys think?

when you set timing did you disconnect the spout?
