Total mustangs produced in 88: 211,225

Total GT's produced: 68,468
GT Hatchback: 50,294
GT Convertible: 18,174

The T-Top was an option to the hatchback - no numbers exist for how many were produced with that option.

The answer is zero.

There were no 1988 Mustang's built with T-tops. All the 1988's were rebadged 1987's that didn't move off the lot.

The numbers I've been aquainted with for sales are

1987 1200
1988 800

If you want one you can look forward to weatherstripping running you $300 per side, leaks, squeeks, and rattles. My friend has one. Nice sometimes, pain others. T-top storage is a pain as well. Get some subframe connectors on that car if you get one with T-tops. From my understanding they help greatly.

T-tops are kind of annoying.
